Indiana Target Area: Cass, Fulton, Grant, Huntington, Marshall, Miami, Northern Kosciusko, Pulaski, Southern Kosciusko, Starke, Wabash, and Whitley Counties.

 

GUSTY SNOW SHOWERS MOVING INTO NORTHERN INDIANA.

At 840 AM EST/740 AM CST/, Doppler radar was tracking a band of gusty snow showers along a line extending from near Bourbon to 7 miles southwest of Argos to near Knox. Movement was southeast at 40 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph, brief drops in visibility, and patchy slick spots on bridges and overpasses.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. The combination of falling snow and strong winds may briefly reduce visibility, and lead to slick spots on bridges and overpasses including during the Monday morning commute.

Locations impacted include: Logansport, Huntington, Warsaw, Peru, Wabash, Nappanee, Rochester,
North Manchester, Winona Lake, Winamac, Grissom Afb, Bourbon, South Whitley, Argos, Milford, Culver, Akron, Andrews, Walton, and Pierceton.
