Indiana Target Area: Fulton County.
A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL AFFECT NORTHWESTERN FULTON COUNTY.
At 416 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near Culver, or 10 miles northeast of Winamac, moving east at 30 mph. Winds in excess of 30 mph and pea size hail are possible with this storm. Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm. Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe shelter inside a building or vehicle.
Locations impacted include: Rochester, Leiters Ford, Tiosa and Delong.

Indiana Target Area: Adams, Allen, Blackford, Cass, De Kalb, Elkhart, Fulton, Grant, Huntington, Jay, Kosciusko, La Porte, Lagrange, Marshall, Miami, Noble, Pulaski, St. Joseph, Starke, Steuben, Wabash, Wells, White and Whitley Counties.
THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A FLOOD WATCH, WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM LATE TONIGHT THROUGH FRIDAY EVENING.
*Flood Watch for portions of northern Indiana, southwest Michigan, and northwest Ohio, including the following areas, in northern Indiana, Adams, Allen IN, Blackford, Cass IN, De Kalb, Elkhart, Fulton IN, Grant, Huntington, Jay, Kosciusko, La Porte, Lagrange, Marshall, Miami, Noble, Pulaski, St. Joseph IN, Starke, Steuben, Wabash, Wells, White, and Whitley.
*From late tonight through Friday evening.
*Heavy rainfall is expected to develop over the area tonight and persist through Friday. Rainfall amounts of 2 to 4 inches are possible.
*Rises on rivers are expected with some rivers possibly reaching moderate or major flood stages.
*Lowland areas that have yet to drain from the past heavy rainfall will likely undergo more widespread flooding.
